One of the reasons we do not recommend overlay patching is that it can dam-up water and cause puddling. This is one of the most important evaluations Rowles Asphalt makes when assessing your property. Deterioration of drainage areas can become a hazard that may result in a liability. Properly designed parking lots should be equipped with an adequate number of catch basins. Should drainage pipes need to be repaired or replaced or new ones added, we will insure the project is completed properly with minimum down time and inconvenience for your facility.
